Built on the former Xpu-Ha Ecopark on the Riviera Maya, this all-inclusive resort is approximately 60 minutes from Cancun International Airport. The expansive property offers bungalow-style accommodations, two outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, a safe beach area, three bars, four restaurants, boutique shops, laundryroom, fitness room with sauna, non-motorized watersports, scheduled theme parties, scuba diving demonstrations and guided tours through the snake, bird, and deer exhibits.
This property's all-inclusive package includes all meals and snacks, unlimited domestic and imported beverages, non-motorized water sports, daily entertainment, evening theme parties, 24-hour room service, and all taxes and gratuities. Guests may also use the facilities at other Palace Resort properties; a free shuttle operates daily to Aventura Spa Palace, Playacar, Moon Palace and to Beach Palace in Cancun (reservations required).
All rooms have clock radios, coffeemakers, hairdryers, air-conditioning, irons, double Jacuzzi tubs, minibars, safes, satellite TV, and private balconies or terraces with a hammock.
